So, today we decided to be model-family-like and have a nice Thanksgiving Family Home Evening...we ended up making a Ginger Bread House. We've never been real huge Thanksgiving people. We always tend to skip right ahead to Christmas. So here are some pictures from our adventures in confectionery construction...

how fun! we are definitely ready to "skip ahead" to christmas too. we have already purchased the gingerbread house kit and the kids are dying to make it. i have to at least wait until the weather cools off a bit - haha!! pretty bad that i was in short sleeves and HOT as we were adorning the house with christmas decorations last week!
