My Fairy Princess Ballerina

I honestly cannot remember the last time I saw this girl in normal clothing inside the house. The only time she gets dressed is when she goes to school. Sometimes we even leave the house looking similar to this (usually it's more frilly or covers less skin!) The second she gets home, she's stripped to her undies, dumping out the contents of her much too full dress up box! But oh how she loves it and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Lullaby

Amelie was a little fussy and we were all trying to make her happy. Abbi was singing primary songs. Paul has a video of jack trying to shove the pacifier in her mouth. I'll see if he can post it. It was pretty funny.

My kids broke out into a spontaneous rendition of Follow the Prophet at breakfast this morning. I'm sad I didn't catch the first half, but there is no waiting with these guys!!!

Amelie Michelle Hunt was given a name and a blessing on Sunday November 7th.

Bandaids make everything better

Abbi woke up not feeling very well. She felt her head and thought she had a fever. So she went to the cupboard, got a bandaid and stuck it on. Then she said "now my fever feels all better" We had to rip it off when she was asleep. It pulled a few eyebrows out with it. Ouch!

A boy and his tools

This Saturday my mom and I took the girls shopping and jack got to stay home with daddy and grandpa and work on the shed. Paul went to toys r us and bought him his own set of tools with a tool belt and tool box! So cute! Now he's one of the big boys. Or at least he thinks he is!

Apple Hill with Grandma

We took my Mom to see Apple Hill this week. It was a quick trip, mostly for the donuts, but so worth it. Doesn't this kid make Caramel Apples look so delicious!?

Baby Shower Fun!

My good friends Amber and Danee were so sweet to throw baby Amelie a baby shower! It was a beautiful event with the cutest decorations, the yummiest food and the best of company! Plus Amelie got the cutest stuff! I wish I was a baby! Haha. Thank you Amber and Danee, you guys are truly the best! And Thank you to everyone who came!

We had two types of yummy soup & rolls!
And of course the baby of the hour....Amelie (with Grandma Hunt) She pretty much slept through the whole thing!

Just a Little Bit of Our Life...

Dress-Up Buddies (note Jackson's Wand...he's getting "boy dress-ups" for Christmas this year)


They wore each other right out:
He is really into "holding" her lately and likes to give her the "bottle" (pacifier). He calls her "baby cute" and every time he holds her he says, "ssshhh, ssshhh, ssshhh" You can see the look of concern on Amelie's face. He's a little rough with her, but he's learning to be "foft" (soft).

First Fieldtrip!

Abbi went on her very first Fieldtrip! I got to go with her, along with Jackson and Amelie of course! It was so fun to see her with all her little preschool friends and teacher. She loves school so much and loves all her friends. She is so lucky to have them! And I'm so lucky to be her Mommy!
